Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C5 or above, with specialization codes CE-01, CE-09, and CE-10. Valid registration with FBR (NTN), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for PST, and centralized enlistment with C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are mandatory. Bidders must also provide an audit report for the last three years, and all tax returns and audit reports must contain a valid UDIN number.
