The Deputy Conservator of Forests Mian Recreational Park Quetta invites bids from Eligible Bidders for execution of works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Bachelor Flats - Paramedic Staff Accommodation at 50 Bedded Hospital Killa Abdullah (Phase-II) The procurement is under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration. Bidders must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature or at least PKR 266,344,667 worth of work in the last 5 years, with financial capacity and experience in at least 2 projects (≥80% similar activities, excluding maintenance & rehabilitation), each costing ≥400 Million PKR. No subletting or subcontracting allowed. Bidder must provide affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no non-performance in last 5 years. No failure to sign contract in Pakistan or any international agency. Procedure of Procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding.
