Execution of Executive Engineer Maintenance I Division Quetta Works 2023

The Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPRA) invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works for the year 2023 based on composite schedule rates and percentage rates. The tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Maintenance I Division Quetta for procurement under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Residential Unit at Plot B1 & B2 DR Bano Road Quetta The scope includes general civil engineering works, landscaping and horticulture, general buildings and maintenance, and general electrical works as per PEC CE10(i), CE10(vii), and EE11(vi) specialized codes. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C4 and above with a specialized code CE10(i) or equivalent. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 125,372,776 PKR in the last 3 years and must provide audit reports and evidence of financial capacity. Eligibility requires presence in the Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan or Balochistan Revenue Authority, and submission of original bidding documents in green challan form. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR must be submitted. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. The last date for bid submission is 22 October 2026 by 10:00 AM electronically through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM at EPPS System Address.
