The projects are based on composite schedule of rates 2026, G.O.B. amended up-to-date. The site locations are spread across the Kech district, requiring contractors to have experience in both civil infrastructure and solar energy systems. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Tax Payer List, registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and completion of at least three similar assignments. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Earnest Money of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call.
