Tender Description
The Urban Planning and Development Department Makran Division at Kech is inviting sealed percentage tenders for multiple infrastructure and solar energy projects in the Kech district. This procurement includes the construction of internal black top roads with sewerage lines at Shahi Tump, along with the provision and installation of solar systems for various agricultural and drinking water purposes across multiple villages and union councils in the district.
Items being procured:
- Construction of internal black top roads with sewerage lines at Shahi Tump
- Provision of home solar system for various village UCs of Panjgur
- Installation of 5 bore solar & pipe systems for agriculture at Sibdan, Jat Joo, Hassan Bazar Kaheren Dasht, Charo Burzag, Talamb, Bahot Chat Dasht
- Installation of 5 bore solar & pipe system for agriculture at Kuddah
- Supply & installation of solar system for drinking water at Talumb & Bullo District Tump
- Provision & installation of solar system for agriculture at Talumb & Mand District Tump
The technical scope covers civil works for road construction and sewerage installation, as well as solar power system installation for agricultural irrigation and drinking water supply. The projects are based on composite schedule of rates 2026, G.O.B. amended up-to-date. The site locations are spread across the Kech district, requiring contractors to have experience in both civil infrastructure and solar energy systems.
Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Tax Payer List, registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and completion of at least three similar assignments. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Earnest Money of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from the BPPRA website.
The last date for bid submission is the 12th of August 2026 by 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard on the E-Procurement system. Tender opening will be held the same day at 11:00 AM.
