Construction of Blacktopped Road from Abadi Shazar Khan to Landiwal Village

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Lakki Marwat is inviting bids for the construction of a blacktopped road from Abadi Shazar Khan to Landiwal Village, Tehsil Lakki, District Lakki Marwat. This project is part of the MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and includes approved Non-MRS items. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure through the EPADS portal. The site is located in Lakki Marwat, and the project demands experienced contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department under the KP Centralized Enlistment Policy for the Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS. The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked and placed in one outer sealed envelope addressed to the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Lakki Marwat. The bid security of 2% must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Lakki Marwat. Bids will remain valid for 180 days from the submission deadline. The last date for submission of bids is 10th August 2026 at 5:00 PM. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 10th August 2026 at 12:30 PM. Opening of financial bids will be communicated after evaluation of technical proposals.
