Bids are invited by the Pakistan Airports Authority for the construction of a boundary wall along D-3 Nallah up to Radar Gate-1 at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. This procurement is specifically for civil works involving boundary wall construction at a key airport location in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Construction of Boundary Wall Along D-3 Nallah up to Radar Gate-1 The scope includes all necessary materials, labor, and site works to complete the boundary wall as per specifications. The site is located within the Jinnah International Airport premises, requiring adherence to airport security and operational protocols. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-6 or above, possess a valid NTN certificate, and be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Additionally, bidders must have valid professional tax registration issued by provincial authorities. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPADS Web Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing date and time. A bid security in the form of a pay order or bank draft from any scheduled bank, drawn in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority, must be submitted in hard copy along with other required documents in a sealed envelope. A copy of the bid security must also be attached on the EPADS online portal. Conditional or non-compliant bids will be rejected. The Pakistan Airports Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with valid reasons communicated upon request. Note that submission of fake or dishonored financial instruments will result in blacklisting and legal action. The closing date for submission is **02 September 2026**. The technical bid opening will be at 11:00 AM followed by the financial bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. One practical tip is to ensure timely submission on the EPADS portal and proper hard copy delivery of bid security to avoid disqualification.
