Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) invites bids from reputed parties in local currency for important construction works in multiple locations including Larkana and Faisalabad. The tenders cover the construction of a CP-Room and boundary/compound wall around CP-10A at KM 112+500, Sector-II, Garello, Tehsil Bakrani, District Larkana. Additionally, construction of boundary walls around BV-37 (Fazilpur), BV-43 and BV-48 (Mehmoodkot), and MW-22 (Faisalabad) is required. Furthermore, urgent rehabilitation of the plant area RCC retaining boundary wall (Phase-I) at TS-3 Faisalabad is also part of the tender. Bidders must be experienced in civil construction and should comply with all technical and financial requirements including submission of bid bonds as specified. Bid submission is through SAP Ariba portal with deadlines as follows: for Larkana CP-Room and boundary wall, bids close on 5th October 2026 at 15:00 PST; for boundary walls in Fazilpur, Mehmoodkot, and Faisalabad, bids close on 2nd October 2026 at 15:00 PST; and for the rehabilitation work at Faisalabad, bids also close on 2nd October 2026 at 15:00 PST. Bid bonds range from Rs. 140,000 to Rs. 560,000 depending on the lot.
