Construction of Boundary Wall Plaster, Wall Color, Electric Poles, Street Lights and Iron Gates at Azeem Pura Extension Graveyard

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites bids for the construction of boundary wall plaster on the pathway and wall color on the boundary wall, installation of electric poles, street lights, and two iron gates at Azeem Pura Extension Graveyard in Karachi. This project is specifically managed by the Finance & Accounts Department (Contract Management Wing) of KMC and is located in the city of Karachi, Sindh province. The technical scope includes earth filling and compacting, excavation, jungle clearance, reinforced cement concrete work, cement plastering, fabrication and fixing of steel grated doors, floodlight installation, and paving block flooring among other civil and electrical works. The contract duration is six months with a penalty clause for delays. The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 36.376 Million**. The work must comply with the standards and specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a valid PEC registration in category C-3 with relevant specialization codes, valid NTN and sales tax registration, and at least three years of experience with semi-government or government institutions. Bidders must also have an average annual turnover not less than the bid amount for the last three years and must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation. Submission of bid security and bidding document fee is mandatory. The bidding documents are available on the Sindh EPADS portal and must be submitted online by **03:00 p.m. on 29-04-2026**. Original bidding document fee pay order must also be submitted to the KMC office by the deadline. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 p.m. at the KMC Head Office. In case of no or non-responsive bids, re-opening will occur on 14-05-2026.
