Construction of Brick Pavement Road in Various Streets Ward No.01 to 14 Part-02 Municipal Committee Umerkot

The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for the construction of brick pavement roads in various streets covering Ward No.01 to 14 Part-02 within Umerkot city. This procurement is managed by the Municipal Committee Umerkot located in Umerkot, Sindh. Items being procured: - Construction of Brick Pavement Road in Various Streets Ward No.01 to 14 Part-02 The scope includes the construction of brick pavement roads as per the standard bidding documents based on SPPRA rules. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of issuance of the work order. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialization for the year 2026-27. Active NTN and inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) along with valid Sindh Revenue Board registration are mandatory. Bidders must also provide evidence of minimum two ongoing and two completed similar works, details of machinery, technical and managerial staff, and financial capacity certificates. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 262450, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) portal only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The original bid security instruments must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the bid opening time. Bids must be submitted by 09 November 2026 at 09:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of Municipal Committee Umerkot. The procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening. No negotiations will be permitted after bid submission.
