Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy Welfare Housing Scheme under the Naval Headquarters Islamabad invites bids for the construction of CAT B houses (180 square yards) at Sector-4, PNWHS Bin Qasim National Highway Karachi. This tender is issued by the Directorate of Pakistan Navy Welfare Housing Scheme, Karachi, targeting experienced and PEC registered contractors for the Financial Year 2025-2026.

The tender demands PEC registration with a valid license for 2025-2026 and proven experience in executing comparable works.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the PD PNWHS (South) NHS Karsaz Phase-1, Street No 09, National Stadium Road Karachi, between 0900-1300 hours up to 6 July 2026, upon submission of a written request and cash payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of Rs.25,000 per set in favor of PNWHS Karachi Maintenance Account. Sealed technical and financial bids must be submitted in two-stage envelopes (one original and two copies) to the PNWHS camp office Karsaz Karachi on or before 20 July 2026 at 1030 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened at a later date. Bidders must comply with all instructions in the bidding documents. PNWHS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable rules and regulations.
