University of Sargodha invites contractors and firms for the repair, maintenance, and development works at its campus in Sargodha. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance of Girls Hostel (Khadija Hall) with estimated cost Rs. 11,078,000 and completion time of 6 months - Repair and Maintenance of Girls Hostel (Amna Hall) with estimated cost Rs. 6,331,000 and completion time of 4 months - Construction of Fiber Shed Along With Tuff Pavers at Institute of Arts & Design, Main Campus with estimated cost Rs. 947,000 and completion time of 2 months - Construction of Fence Wall and Entrance Point of Botanical Garden at Canal Campus with estimated cost Rs. 3,250,000 and completion time of 3 months The works require valid PEC license with relevant codes, active FBR registration for the current year, and relevant experience. Bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement System Punjab portal. Earnest money is 2% of the total estimated cost for each work. Tender closing and opening is scheduled for 20.10.2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
