Construction of CC Paver and Surface Drain at Yousif Chachar to Ali Muhammad Chachar House Ward 12 MC Ghotki

This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the construction of CC Paver and surface drain from Yousif Chachar to Ali Muhammad Chachar house in ward 12 of Municipal Committee Ghotki, Sindh. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (596.20 P.Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge ratio 1:4:8 (298.10 P.Cft) - Construction of standard open drains cunette block of cement concrete (1:2:4) in situ to design profile (110.00 P.Rft Type I and II) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth with cement sand mortar 1:6 (412.50 P.Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 up to 12' to 20 ft height, 1/2" thick (660.00 P.Sft) - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels and other structural members (57.97 P.Cft) - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, making joints and fastening (2.32923 P-Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (3520.0 P.Cft) - Preparing sub-base course by supplying and spreading stone metal 1-1/2"-2" gauge (880.0 P.%Cft) - Hard murrum or fine powdery murrum (299.2 P.%Cft) - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring size 197 x 97 x 60 mm with natural colours (1760.0 P.Sft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (155.6 P.Cft) The technical scope includes excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, reinforcement fabrication, sub-base preparation, and paving block installation. The site is located in Ghotki, Sindh, and the contract duration is 24 months from the written order to commence work. The contractor must comply with PWD/PHE specifications and bring materials from approved quarries. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC, active NTN and SRB registration, at least five years of relevant experience with similar works completed at 80% of estimated cost, minimum turnover of 4 million PKR over the last five years, and submission of bid security at 5% of the tender amount.
