Construction of CC Road from Kunri Road to Prem Malhi Lift Ward No.02 Municipal Committee Umerkot

The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the construction of a CC Road from Kunri Road to Prem Malhi in Lift Ward No.02, Umerkot. This procurement is under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Committee Umerkot located in Umerkot city, Sindh province. Items being procured: - Construction of CC Road from Kunri Road to Prem Malhi Lift Ward No.02 The project involves civil works for road construction with a completion period of 12 months. The contract will be awarded based on a percentage rate/unit price contract using a Bill of Quantities. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and must have active NTN and inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Additionally, registration with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) is mandatory. Bidders should have a minimum of two ongoing and two completed similar works supported by valid documentation. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 97,415, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The original bid security instruments must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Municipal Committee Umerkot before the bid opening time.
