Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department, PHE & Building Division Skardu, Gilgit Baltistan, invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced constructors, firms, or joint ventures for the construction of the Chief Minister Camp Office at Skardu. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per GB PPRA Rules 2022, clause 39(b), and is open to PEC-registered contractors in category C-4 and above, with code CE-10.

- Construction of Chief Minister Camp Office at Skardu (Estimated Cost: Rs. 101.947 Million)
The scope of work includes all civil, structural, and associated works required for the establishment of the Chief Minister's Camp Office in Skardu. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications and standards outlined in the bid documents. Only firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and code are eligible to participate. Earnest Money of Rs. 3.000 Million in the form of CDR or Pay Order is mandatory with the bid submission.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. The technical bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the evaluation criteria, must be submitted in hard form at the address of the Superintendent Engineer Communication and Works Department SKD/SGR Circle, near Parishan Chowk, Skardu, in sealed envelopes before the closing date and time. The deadline for submission is 27th August 2026 at 12:00 PM, and late applications will not be entertained. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM.
