Tender Description
The Lyari Development Authority Karachi invites bids for important development and installation works under the Non-ADP Work funded by LDA's own resources. The procurement is conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure via the SPPRAs e-Procurement system EPADS, ensuring transparency and compliance with SPPRAs Rules-2010 and amendments.

- Providing, fixing and installation of solar system 18KW at Sales Centre, Block-16 Hawksbay Scheme-42, LDA, Karachi
- Rehabilitation and development of Manghopir Road near Javedan Corporation Halkani Town Scheme-43, LDA, Karachi
- Development / Rehabilitation of Link Road from Hazrat Abu Bakar Ave to May Realtor at Halkani Town Scheme-43, LDA, Karachi
These works involve installation of solar power systems and extensive road rehabilitation in Karachi under the LDA jurisdiction.
