Procurement of Construction and Civil Works for Various Road and Infrastructure Projects under Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL)

The following is the detailed list of works being procured: - Construction of Approach Road to New Gwadar International Airport (Rs. 1,738,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Nullah Hingol, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 428,000,000) - Rehabilitation of Turbat-Buleda Road (Rs. 324,000,000) - Construction of Dual Carriageway from Zero Point to Gwadar Port (Rs. 295,000,000) - Construction of Access Road to Gwadar Free Zone (Rs. 210,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Shadi Kaur, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 185,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Basol River, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 170,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Nilent River, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 160,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Kund Malir, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 150,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Ormara, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 140,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Pasni, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 130,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Kalmat, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 120,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Gwadar East Bay (Rs. 110,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Gwadar West Bay (Rs. 100,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Pishukan, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 90,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Jiwani, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 80,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Ganz, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 70,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Damb, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 60,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Kund, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 50,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Hingol, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 40,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Shamal Bandar, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 30,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Sur Bandar, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 20,000,000) - Construction of Bridge at Padi Zirr, Makran Coastal Highway (Rs. 10,000,000) All interested bidders must be registered with PEC in Category C-4 or above for road and bridge works. Firms must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money as specified for each lot must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of PIDCL. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal by 11:30 AM on 2nd July 2024. Late submissions will not be entertained. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A practical tip: Ensure your PEC registration is valid for the relevant discipline and that your bid security is calculated correctly as per the lot you are bidding for.
