Widening and Rehabilitation of B/T Road from Awaran Main Road to Lanjar Jhaoo Awaran 10 KM PSDP No. 1180/ Z2026.0116

The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Awaran invites bids from eligible bidders for the widening and rehabilitation of the B/T road from Awaran Main Road to Lanjar Jhaoo Awaran, covering 10 KM under PSDP No. 1180/Z2026.0116 for the year 2026. The project is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Widening and rehabilitation of B/T road from Awaran Main Road to Lanjar Jhaoo Awaran, 10 KM The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 205,838,814 in the last 3 years, supported by financial documents and completion certificates. Mandatory Call Deposit (CDR) or Bank Guarantee of 2% of the bid security amount is required. The bidder must also provide an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no non-performance in the last 5 years. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security must accompany bids in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
