Tender Description
This tender from Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites contractors in Wah Cantt to undertake multiple civil construction projects including sheds, offices, drainage lines, and miscellaneous civil works. The scope covers construction of 20'x20' sheds on existing RCC floors, office and store rooms with washrooms, platform works, and extension of scrap bins across various factory locations within Wah Cantt.
The works require experienced contractors capable of handling structural civil tasks on industrial sites. The projects involve working on existing RCC floors and factory premises, demanding careful planning and execution to maintain operational continuity. Contractors must be prepared to manage site-specific challenges such as confined factory spaces and integration with existing infrastructure.
Applicants must hold a valid PEC registration with a minimum category C-6 for each work, demonstrate financial capability, and provide evidence of ongoing projects and qualified staff. Compliance with FBR and ATL tax requirements for the financial year 2025-26 is mandatory. Contractors should ensure all documentation including experience records and company profiles are complete to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 14 February 2026 at 10:30 AM, with tender opening at 11:00 AM on the same day at the Bid Center (Rabta Hall C-04 Gate), POF Wah Cantt. Interested parties should submit sealed hard copies of their bids to the specified address before the deadline.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the tender advertisement for specific Earnest Money and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) requirements, as these are often overlooked and can lead to disqualification. Also, ensure all PEC and tax documentation is current and properly attested to avoid delays in pre-qualification.
