Bids must be submitted along with the required bid security in the form of pay order or deposit at call by 06-10-2026 at 02:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Conditional or telegraphic tenders will not be accepted. In case of holiday or unforeseen circumstances, bids will be received and opened on the next working day. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders subject to relevant conditions under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).
