Procurement of Current Transformer, Voltage Transformer and Energy Meter for Duber Khwar Power Station Pattan

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids for procurement at Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower). The procurement is for electrical equipment on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis. Items being procured: - Current Transformer (CT), Quantity: 06 - Voltage Transformer (VT), Quantity: 06 - Energy Meter, Quantity: 02 The scope includes supply of these electrical components suitable for power station use, ensuring compliance with PEC category for Electrical Procurement & Works. Bidders must be original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR. Earnest money in the form of CDR is required as per bid security amounts: Rs. 640,000 for CT and VT lots, Rs. 24,000 for Energy Meter lot. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 1100 Hrs on 14-10-2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan, in presence of bidders' representatives. This procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed terms, conditions, and specifications available on EPADS.
