Construction of Community & Sports Complex at Barki Road Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for the construction of a Community & Sports Complex at Barki Road, Lahore. Items being procured: - Construction of buildings and infrastructure development - Civil works - Architectural works - Plumbing - Electrical works - Mechanical works - Fire Fighting works - External Development Works - Deployment of all necessary Material, Labor(s), Formwork, Tools & Machinery The project covers approximately 162,375 square feet and requires a PEC category C-A or above. The scope includes comprehensive construction and infrastructure development involving multiple disciplines such as civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire fighting works along with external development. All materials, labor, formwork, tools, and machinery necessary for execution must be deployed by the contractor. All interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. The PQ document and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System at ep.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response time will be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website. The PQ proposal must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before **18th November 2026**, no later than **11:00 AM**. Proposals will be opened the same day at **11:30 AM** on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Proposals submitted by any other mode will not be considered. If the last submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
