Construction of Compound Wall and Structures at Raees Hakim Ali Zardari Park Nawabshah

The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Shaheed Benazir Abad is procuring construction works for the Raees Hakim Ali Zardari Park located in Nawabshah, Taluka Nawabshah District Shaheed Benazirabad. This project involves the construction of a compound wall on the west and south sides measuring 1010 running feet along with other associated structures. The scope includes excavation, cement concrete, brick work, RCC work, fabrication of mild steel reinforcement, plastering, flooring with glazed tiles, and fixing of GI frames and deodar wood joinery for doors and windows. The work is to be completed within 12 months from the date of commencement. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and registered with FBR/ATL. Experience in similar civil construction projects is required. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs.761100 and the security deposit is 10% of the contract price.
