Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 310,000,000 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. One project related to IT works costing at least PKR 100 million and one building works project costing at least PKR 200 million completed in the last six years is mandatory.
