Provision and Replacement of Multimedia and Video Wall SMD with LED, Misc Works and Facilities at Islamabad and Lahore by Military Engineer Services

Military Engineer Services (CMES Navy) Islamabad/Lahore invites applications along with all credentials for prequalification of firms and contractors for issuance of tenders under CMES Navy Islamabad/Lahore in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004. Items being procured: - Provision of Multimedia along with projector screen at E-8 Islamabad - Replacement of video wall SMD with LED on side wall at E-8 Islamabad - Replacement of video wall SMD with LED on front wall at E-8 Islamabad - Miscellaneous works and facilities at Islamabad (two lots) - Miscellaneous works and facilities at Lahore (two lots) The scope includes supply and installation of multimedia equipment and LED video walls at the E-8 sector Islamabad, along with various miscellaneous works and facilities at Islamabad and Lahore. Contractors must be enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher or with other government departments with relevant experience. Firms must provide a list of moveable and immoveable assets, skilled and unskilled personnel, machinery/equipment, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificate. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026 is mandatory for consideration. Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from CMES Navy Islamabad/Lahore office at Sector E-8 Islamabad. Applications will be scrutinized and tenders issued only to pre-qualified firms. Tender submissions must be received at CMES Navy Islamabad/Lahore Sector E-8 Islamabad by 1130 hours on 24 September 2026, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
