Construction of 01-No Culvert Village Nawab Khan Nohani Deh-142 UC-Haji Ghulam Muhammad Nohani Taluka Digri District Mirpurkhas

This tender notice invites bids for the construction of a single culvert at Village Nawab Khan Nohani Deh-142 UC-Haji Ghulam Muhammad Nohani Taluka Digri District Mirpurkhas under the Public Health Engineering Department, Sindh. The Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering (Dev) Division Mirpurkhas is procuring these works through the Single Stage Two Envelope method via the EPADS e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building bridges and other structures including dagbelling, dressing, refilling around structure with excavated earth (720 Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 11/2" to 2" gauge (90 Cft) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (83 Cft) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth in cement sand mortar 1:6 (219 Cft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12' height 1/2" thick (175 Sft) - Cement plaster 1:4 upto 12' height 3/8" thick (175 Sft) - Applying floating coat of cement 1/32" thick (350 Sft) - Reinforced cement concrete work including all labour and material except steel reinforcement (100.43 Cft) - Fabrication of mild steel (Tor Bar) reinforcement including cutting, bending, laying, making joints and fastenings (4.932 Cwt) The technical scope includes all civil works related to excavation, concrete works, brickwork, plastering, and reinforcement fabrication as per standard PWD specifications. The site is located in Mirpurkhas district, Sindh province. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories with valid renewal, have experience in similar works executed in the last 5 years, provide audited financial statements, NTN and SRB registration, and submit bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit bids electronically through EPADS and deliver original tender fee and bid security instruments before the deadline. The tender fee is Rs. 5000/- payable via Pay Order.
