Construction of Dam at Phuleji Naseerabad

The Executive Engineer Patfeeder Canal Division invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a dam at Phuleji Naseerabad for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Dam at Phuleji Naseerabad The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 and above (up to 200 million PKR) is mandatory, with a specialized code CE04(v) for irrigation works. Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of 140 million PKR in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender fee is 1000 PKR.
