Laying of Tuff Tile, Sewerage Line, Side Drain and Installation of Solar Street Lights and Rehabilitation and Construction of WSS Water Bore in Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested Contractors/Firms for important development works in Quetta city. Items being procured: - Laying of Tuff Tile - Sewerage Line - Side Drain - Installation of Solar Street Lights in different areas of Quetta - Rehabilitation and Construction of WSS Water Bore Christian Colony Pishin The procurement will be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 amended up to date. Basic eligibility requires firms/contractors to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above and relevant specialized code. Firms must also be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer list (ATL) registration with Income Tax and presence in Active Tax Payer List in FBR for at least three years. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 2% of bid value is mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website. A tender processing fee of Rs.1500/- must be deposited in government treasury under head of account C-03870 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or through registered mail to the office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Zarghoon Road Quetta before 22/10/2026 at 9:00 am. Tender opening will be on the same day at 9:30 am at the same office. The validity period of the bid is ninety (90) days.
