Tender Description
The Irrigation Department Dera Bugti invites electronic bids for the execution of construction works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The project involves the construction of a Storage Dam at Kahoramir Muhammad in Dera Bugti, Balochistan.
Items being procured:
- Storage Dam Par Kahoramir Muhammad
Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed at least one similar nature assignment with a turnover of not less than PKR 125,373,134 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant specialized code CE04(i) for dams/water retaining structures.
Bidders must deposit a tender fee of PKR 1500 via green challan (Account # C03434) and provide 2% bid security of the estimated cost through Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. The bid security must be in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call as specified.
Tender documents and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Complete bidding documents can be viewed online at the same website. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard by 23 October 2026 at 01:00 PM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 02:00 PM on the EPPS system.
