The project duration is 24 months with a bid validity of 90 days. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 in relevant categories and have completed similar works of at least 50% of the estimated cost in the last five years. Registration with Income Tax Department and Sindh Revenue Board with active taxpayer status is mandatory. Financial capability must be demonstrated with bank certificates and audited reports.
