Items being procured: - Construction of Double Storey Office Building for Manager Technical (M&T) East and Southern and Carpet Road at Eden Abad - Construction of Double Storey Office Building for Assistant Manager (Operations) Ali Raza Abad Sub Division and Deputy Manager (T&G) GSC at Eden Abad - Development works including 11 kV outgoing feeder trenches, H-type trench, fixing A.C's, razor wire, parking shed, incharge rooms, re-carpeting at 132 kV Grid Stations Bhikhi, Nankana, Sheikhupura, Khanqah Dogran, Muridkey, Rustam, Shahdara New, Shahkot, Malikpur, Narang, Ghazi New, Fort, Bhogiwal, Shalamar-II & Paragon City - Development works including 11 kV outgoing feeder trenches, fixing A.C's, razor wire, parking shed, ramps, transformer way at 132 kV Grid Stations Ex-Air Avenue, Mandi Ahmedabad, Askari-X LEFO, Township, Chak-65, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Rewaz Garden, Sukh Chain, Dream Garden, Wellington Mall, Model Town, Shadman, Fruit Mandi & Defence Old - Development works including 11 kV outgoing feeder trenches, yard trenches, fixing A.C's, parking shed, sewerage system, re-carpeting at 132 kV Grid Stations Old Kot Lakhpat, Walton, Etihad Town & Depalpur - Development works including 11 kV outgoing feeder trenches, equipment foundations, fixing A.C's, parking shed, water supply arrangement, sewerage system, re-carpeting at 132 kV Grid Stations Mcleod Road, Chahmiran, I.C.I (P), Batapur and Shalamar-I - Construction of 1-Set Cat-IV (D-Type) Double Storey Flats, Security Room, Separation Wall, Turfing, Parking Shed and Lighting Arrangement at Eden Abad - Construction of 1-Set Cat-V (E-Type) Double Storey Flats, Installing Water Bore, Turbine and Construction of Turbine Room at Eden Abad - Construction of 1-Set Cat-V (E-Type) Double Storey Flats, Overhead Water Tank, Laying Water Supply and Sewerage System at Eden Abad - Construction of Brick Masonry Partition Wall at 132kV Grid Station Etihad Town The technical scope includes civil construction, electrical fittings, water and sewerage system installation, and site development at multiple grid stations and office locations in Lahore. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified technical categories CE-01, CE-09, CE-10 and financial categories C-4, C-5, or C-6 as applicable. Bidding is open to construction companies licensed and renewed for the financial year 2026-27 or renewed for 2025-26 with deposit slip for 2026-27. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA E-PADS portal (www.epads.gov.pk) by 11:00 AM on 27-08-2026. Original bid security in acceptable form must be physically delivered to Deputy Manager Civil Construction Division GSC LESCO at 132 kV Grid Station Old Kot Lakhpat, Lahore by 11:00 AM on the same date. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 27-08-2026 through E-PADS. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the original bid security is submitted on time physically as per instructions, and a scanned copy uploaded online, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
