Construction of District Attorney Office-1 Building Lahore

The Communication & Works Department Punjab invites contractors/firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27, holding PEC Category C-4 or above with specialized code CCE-10, to submit bids for the construction of the District Attorney Office-1 Building in Lahore. The project is based on item rates against the approved DNIT with an estimated cost of Rs. 71.599 Million and a time limit of 8 months. Items being procured: - Construction of District Attorney Office-1 Building Lahore (ADP No.326S/2026-27) The procurement process will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules through the e-Procurement System developed by PITB, accessible exclusively at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available to registered bidders on the e-Procurement System and PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 5% of the bid amount must be submitted through PSID as prescribed by the e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments including Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) will be accepted. Bids will be opened online on 17.11.2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore, in the presence of authorized representatives with a valid Power of Attorney. Eligibility requires PEC Category C-4 or above with specialized code CCE-10, valid FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money as specified. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
