Construction of Doctor Apartments at Gaddani District Hub

The Modernization and Upgradation of Gadani Shipbreaking and Recycling Industry and Development of Allied Facilities (MUGSBRI) under the Balochistan Development Authority is procuring construction services for Doctor Apartments at the Gaddani District Hub in Quetta, Balochistan. This project is part of the FY 2025-26 development plan and aims to provide quality residential accommodation for medical professionals in the region. The scope includes comprehensive civil works based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023, covering all aspects of building construction such as foundation, structural works, finishing, plumbing, electrical installations, and other related civil engineering tasks. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee as specified. The performance guarantee required is 10% of the contract price.
