Construction of Doctors Apartments, Senior Doctors Accommodation, and Labor Colony at Gaddani District Hub

The Balochistan Development Authority, through its Project Director (MUGSBRI) based in Quetta, invites reputable firms to participate in the construction of multiple residential projects at Gaddani District Hub. The scope includes building Doctors Apartments, Senior Doctors Accommodation, and a Labor Colony, reflecting a significant infrastructure development effort in the region. This tender requires firms registered with PEC in category C3 or above for the fiscal year 2025-26. The projects involve comprehensive civil works including structural construction, finishing, and site development. The estimated combined cost exceeds PKR 335 million, highlighting the scale and importance of these works. Bidders must be registered with tax authorities including FBR, ATL, NTN, and Balochistan Revenue Authority. Submission of an original affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting is mandatory. Tender documents are available electronically on EPADS Version 2.0 and the PPRA portal. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2000 is payable via bank challan to the Project Director’s account at Askari Bank, Alamdar Road Branch Quetta. The earnest money required is 2% of the estimated cost, to be submitted as bid security. No cheques will be accepted for this purpose. The submission and opening of bids will take place at the Balochistan Development Authority Head Office, Zarghoon Road, Quetta Cantt.
