Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division DIKhan is inviting electronic bids from eligible government registered contractors for important civil works in DIKhan Division. This tender focuses on the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes under ADP No. 250920 for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is specifically for the DIKhan district, ensuring local contractors have the opportunity to participate.

The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works involving water supply infrastructure and sanitation systems. This includes grading and leveling of road berms, fixing tough tiles, and constructing secondary drainage and sewerage systems. The project demands adherence to quality standards and timely completion as per the work order.
Eligible bidders must be registered government contractors with relevant PEC categories and must comply with KPPRA rules. Submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security is mandatory. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and ATL. Experience in similar water supply and sanitation projects will be advantageous.
The last date for submission of sealed bids is **26th August 2026 at 12:00 Noon**. Bidders are required to submit their financial bids electronically via the EPADS system and also send physical copies through courier to the undersigned office before the closing time. Failure to submit physical CDR or rate analysis will result in debarment for one year.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your financial bid includes a detailed rate analysis if your quoted rate is more than 20% below the estimated cost to avoid rejection. Also, strictly follow the single stage double envelope procedure and upload your bid on the EPADS website to prevent disqualification.
