Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Public Health Engineering Division Karak-II, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), KP Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The procurement is for the construction of multiple solar-based drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, and D.I. Khan. The projects require compliance with PEC registration and KPRA and FBR active status. Bidders must also have KP Central Enlistment Registration and submit an affidavit of non-blacklisting on stamp paper. Form-H or SECP registration is required if applicable. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Additional security requirements apply for bids quoting below the engineer's estimate as per KPPRA regulations. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the opening date. All mandatory documents must be uploaded online, and original bid security must be delivered via registered courier before the closing date. The closing date and time for bid submission is 16th September 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 1:30 PM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Karak-II, Near Telephone Exchange Karak.
