COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Attock Campus invites bids through EPADS 2.0 from reputed firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above with specialization field of EE04, EE06, EE11 and also registered with Income Tax and General Sales Tax and active on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the work titled Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of 400 KW On grid Solar PV System at COMSATS University Islamabad, Attock Campus. Items being procured: - Design - Supply - Installation - Testing - Commissioning - Operation & Maintenance of 400 KW On grid Solar PV System The tendering process will be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure via EPADS 2.0. A bid security of Rs. 1,200,000/- (One Million Two Hundred Thousand Only) in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft (refundable) in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad, Attock Campus is required. Bidders must upload scanned copies through EPADS 2.0 and submit hard copies physically by the closing date and time. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2026 at 1100 hrs. The closing date for submission is September 15, 2026 by 1400 hours. Bids will be opened half an hour after closing on EPADS 2.0. COMSATS University Islamabad reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to ensure their PEC registration category and tax status are up to date before submission. Timely submission through EPADS 2.0 and physical delivery of documents is critical to avoid disqualification. Ensure earnest money is in proper form and favoring the university to prevent bid rejection.
