Tender Description
The Government and Rural Development Department is inviting sealed tenders for the execution of community and home base solarization works in various Village Councils (VCs) of Tehsil Takht-e-Nasrati PKG-I, PKG-II, and PK-98, District Karak, under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for the current financial year.

The technical scope includes the supply and installation of solarization systems for both community and home bases across the specified VCs. All works are to be executed as per the work order and in accordance with the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department. Bid security at 2% of the engineer's estimate is required, and all bid securities must be prepared in favor of the Assistant Director (Sr.), LG&RDD Karak. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by 14 September 2026, 11:00 AM, with the opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bid documents can be downloaded from www.eprocure.gov.pk and the KP-PPRA website after publishing the NIT.
A practical tip: Ensure your bid security is uploaded on EPADS and the original is delivered to the office before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Cutting and overwriting in bid documents are not acceptable, and all applicable taxes will be recovered as per government directives.
