Construction of Drinking Water Supply & Sanitation Schemes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Public Health Engineering Division Buner invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of construction works for drinking water supply and sanitation schemes on a need basis in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The specific work involves the construction of hand pump/pressure pumps and sanitation scheme in UC Gokand. Items being procured: - Hand Pump/pressure pumps & Sanitation scheme UC Gokand The scope includes the construction and installation of water supply and sanitation infrastructure to improve access to clean water and sanitation facilities in the specified area. The project requires compliance with technical standards and quality materials suitable for the local environment. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under CE-09 & CE-10 codes, valid registration and renewal with the Provincial Enlistment Committee for the year 2026-27, and registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active tax payer status. Bid security and additional security must be deposited as per KPRA Notification NO SRO (14) Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022/6058-71. Bidders must submit their original bids through courier accompanied by earnest money/stamp duty in the form of a call deposit made in the name of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division. Tender documents including Tender Form and BOQ can be downloaded from the E-pads website www.epads.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted through courier service addressed to the XEN PHE Division Buner and received by 12:00 PM on the closing date. The tender opening will be held at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
