Development Works Including Sewerage System Upgradation and Cricket Net Installation at District Council Pakpattan

District Council Pakpattan invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works in Pakpattan. Contractors must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility criteria as per bidding documents. Items being procured: - Upgradation of sewerage / drainage system and laying of tuff tile at Bazar Rasham Gali Arifwala (Estimated Cost: Rs. 17.5 Million) - Provision/Fixing of Cricket Net for Practice Wicket Allied works in cricket ground at District Complex Pakpattan (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.5 Million) The scope includes civil works for sewerage and drainage system improvements and installation of cricket practice net facilities. Bidders must submit bids electronically by 28-10-2026 at 12:30 PM, with opening at 1:30 PM the same day at the District Council Pakpattan office. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) through SWIFT MT760. Physical bid securities like CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted. Eligibility requires PEC registration for the relevant financial year, compliance with FBR/ATL registration, and adherence to all bidding conditions. Bids must be valid for 120 days.
