Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Southern Districts D.I. Khan

The Public Health Engineering Division D.I. Khan invites electronic bids from eligible Government Registered Contractors under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in the southern districts of Dera Ismail Khan for the fiscal year 2025-26. The projects cover multiple water supply schemes across various Tehsils of Paharpur, each involving the construction of tube wells, pump chambers, compound walls, surface tanks, main supply lines, and distribution systems with water collecting points. Items being procured: - Water Supply Scheme Hafiz Abad Tehsil Paharpur - Water Supply Scheme Dhallah Tehsil Paharpur - Water Supply Scheme Kot Jai Tehsil Paharpur - Water Supply Raza Abad Said Allian Tehsil Paharpur - Water Supply Scheme Rajan Pur Tehsil Paharpur - Water Supply Scheme Mozzam Wali Tehsil Paharpur - Water Supply Scheme Kath Garh New Abadi Tehsil Paharpur - Water Supply Scheme Marahaba Colony Each scheme includes sub-head works such as Tube Well, Pump Chamber 12x12 (10x10 for Marahaba Colony), Compound Wall, Surface Tank, Supply Main, and Distribution System with Plate Form Water Collecting Points. The estimated costs range from Rs. 13.423 Million to Rs. 16.042 Million per scheme. Bidders must be registered with the relevant government authorities and comply with KPPRA rules. Financial bids must include a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system and also sent physically by courier to the undersigned office before the closing date. Failure to submit physical CDR or rate analysis will result in disqualification for one year. No CDR will be released until the tender process is finalized and work orders are issued. Bid solicitation documents are available from the undersigned office or EPADS system on any working day before the closing date. Financial bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM. All terms and conditions will follow KPPRA, PEC, SBDs, and other relevant laws.
