Landscape Work Infront of Commercial Center, Academic Area and Admin Building at University of Narowal New Campus

The University of Narowal invites sealed bids from contractors and construction firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 and above, with renewed status for the current financial year, for landscape work in front of the Commercial Center, Academic Area, and Admin Building at the University of Narowal New Campus. This procurement is part of the project titled 'Strengthening of University of Narowal'. Items being procured: - Landscape work in front of Commercial Center - Landscape work in Academic Area - Landscape work in Admin Building The scope includes all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the landscaping as per project requirements at the new campus site on Shakargarh Road, Narowal. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with an active tax profile. A single package containing both Technical and Financial Bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement Punjab System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 09:00 AM on 15th September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security of Rs. 2,579,873 is required, and original bid security instruments must be submitted in favor of Treasurer, University of Narowal, at the Project Director Office, 1st Floor, Admin Block, University of Narowal New Campus before the closing time for e-bid submission. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or late bids will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
