Tender Description
The Office of PD GSC FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO)) invites bids for the construction of electrical equipment foundations and cable trenches at the 132KV Grid Station Shrimp Estate Chak No.58NB Nawabpur Sargodha, located in Faisalabad city, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the infrastructure of the 132KV grid station with high-quality civil and electrical works.
The technical scope includes the construction of foundations for electrical equipment and the excavation and installation of cable trenches at the specified site. The project requires mobilization of eligible materials and equipment conforming to the bidding documents. The contract duration is 40 days, and the work must be executed with due diligence, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC certificate for 2025-26 with the relevant specialization code, be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, and have completed at least two contracts of similar nature with a combined value of at least 40% of the estimated cost. Financially, bidders should demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least half the BOQ amount over the last three years and maintain cash or cash equivalents equal to 10% of the contract value. A 5% bid security is required, and bids must remain valid for 150 days.
The submission deadline is Monday, June 22, 2026, at 11:30 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS and carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals, including all required documents such as CNICs, tax returns, and bank statements. The bid opening will occur the same day at 1:30 PM on EPADS.
