Construction and Erection of 132KV D/C T-Line Foundations and Towers in Jauharabad and Quaidabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through E-Bids V2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the Year 2026-27. The procurement is under the Single Stage - Single Envelope Bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004. Items being procured: - Construction of Tower Pile Foundations for 132KV D/C T-Line Jauharabad - Quaidabad in & out at converted 132KV G/S (Section-I) from Location No.1 to 16 (Qty: 16,610) - Transportation, Erection & Stringing of 132KV D/C T-Line Jauharabad - Quaidabad in & out at converted 132KV G/S Nowshera (Section-I) from Location No.1 to 16 (Qty: 1,716) - Construction of Tower Pile Foundations for 132KV D/C T-Line Jauharabad - Quaidabad in & out at converted 132KV G/S Nowshera (Section-II) from Location No.17 to 36 (Qty: 9,200) - Transportation, Erection & Stringing of 132KV D/C T-Line Jauharabad - Quaidabad in & out at converted 132KV G/S Nowshera (Section-II) from Location No.17 to 36 (Qty: 2,037) The technical scope includes construction and erection of tower pile foundations and stringing of 132KV double circuit transmission lines at specified locations. The work requires PEC registration in C6+ category with specialization codes CE-10, CE-01, CE-02, and EE-05. The contract duration is 45 days from the date of award. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for the year 2026-27 with the required specialization codes, NTN registration, FBR Active Taxpayer List status, and successful completion of similar contracts with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs. The bidder must be on the active tax payer list (ATL) and provide income tax returns for the last three years. Average annual turnover must be at least the amount mentioned against the work during the last three years. Bid security of 5% of the contract value is required in the form of Pay Order or CDR. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system of FESCO. The bid submission deadline is **30-10-2026** by 11:30 AM, with opening at 1:30 PM the same day.
