Construction and Establishment of Maryam Nawaz Satellite Campus for Autism Rawalpindi and Rehabilitation of Official Residences of Assistant Commissioners Rawalpindi

The Punjab Building Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors enlisted or renewed with PEC for the current financial year under the relevant category for important construction and rehabilitation works in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Construction and Establishment of Maryam Nawaz Satellite Campus for Autism Rawalpindi (Group No.1) including main building, ground floor, first floor, Mumty, E.I, P.H & Sui Gas, guard room, garages, canteen, external development, architecture specification, boundary wall, gate & gate pillar, car parking shed, tuff paver, PVC cables, OHR 10000 Gln, underground water tank 20000 Gln, boring with submersible pump, heavy electric wiring, fire alarm system, internet wiring, CCTV camera, air conditioner system, generator 60 KVA, patios, tree house sitting areas, provision of approach road, dismantling and credit of old material, WAPDA & Sui gas charges. - Construction and Rehabilitation of Official Residences of Assistant Commissioners (33 Nos.) in various locations including Saddar Rawalpindi, Cantt Rawalpindi, City Rawalpindi, Tehsil Kotli Sattian District Murree, and Murree. The scope includes detailed construction and renovation works as per PEC specifications and codes. Contractors must submit original PEC licenses and comply with bid security requirements. The 5% bid security must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical instruments will be accepted. Eligibility requires PEC registration for the relevant category, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money submission. The tender opening will be held on 4th November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division, with bid opening at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders should carefully quote rates against each item as per PPRA Circular No. L&M(PPRA)10-1/2011-008595 dated 11.10.2024. The successful bidder will provide a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of contract award. Tender documents are available online and must be duly signed and stamped.
