Construction of Executive Engineer Office Block Compound Wall and Residential Accommodation with Accessories in Drainage Division K.N.Shah

The Irrigation Department Government of Sindh through Executive Engineer Khairpur Nathan Shah Drainage Division @ K.N.Shah invites bids for the construction of a new established Executive Engineer office block, compound wall including residential accommodation of the Executive Engineer with all accessories in Drainage Division K.N.Shah. This project is located in Khairpur Nathan Shah city, Sindh province. The procurement is under a single stage two envelope method as per SPPRA Rules 2010. Items being procured: - Construction of New Office Block including Residential accommodation - Construction of Staff Quarter - Civil works including dismantling brick work, excavation, cement concrete, reinforcement, brick work, plaster, iron grills, wood joinery, marble flooring, painting, anti-termite treatment - Plumbing works including installation of W.C pans, wash basins, stop cocks, bib cocks, valves, G.I pipes, UPVC pipes and fittings, bathroom accessories, wall showers, geysers - Electrical works including wiring, PVC insulated copper conductors, ceiling fans, batten holders, earthing sets - Solar system including solar PV panels, maximum power point tracker, DC flex cable, tubular batteries, grounding arrangement, G.I angle iron structure, circuit breakers - Furniture and equipment including office revolving chairs, office chairs, tables, drawing branch equipment, residential/camp office furniture, air conditioners, LED 70 inch, cupboards, computer table chair sets, benches for N.Qasid The technical scope covers all civil, plumbing, electrical, solar power installation, and furnishing works at the site in Khairpur Nathan Shah. The project duration is 24 months with a completion deadline of 30 June 2028. The contractor must have valid PEC registration in category C-4 with specialized codes CE02, CE04(i), CE10(i), and EE11. Experience of similar works executed in the last five years is mandatory, with at least one work costing 80% of the estimated cost or two works each costing 50%. The bidder must submit a bid security of Rs. 4.952 million in the form of bank guarantee, pay order, demand draft, or call deposit from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Key dates include bid submission deadline on 24 July 2026 at 1:30 PM and technical bid opening on the same day at 2:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Khairpur Nathan Shah Drainage Division @ K.N.Shah.
