Construction of Fair and Exhibition Hall at Cattle Market Farooqabad

Punjab Cattle Market Management Company is inviting sealed bids for the construction of a Fair & Exhibition Hall at Cattle Market Farooqabad for the financial year 2026-27. The project is being executed under the Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. The estimated cost for this work is bold Rs. 32,100,000. The scope of work includes all civil, structural, and finishing works required for the completion of the Fair & Exhibition Hall as per the approved design and specifications. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is required with the bid. Performance Guarantee will be required from the successful bidder as per rules.
