Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base Emergency Work

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for emergency work at the PAF Base Chaklala under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. The procurement involves the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base with three separate lots: - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (E) valued at Rs. 53.925 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (F) valued at Rs. 26.420 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (F) valued at Rs. 26.420 Million Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials to receive tender documents. Only firms with sufficient relevant experience and meeting special conditions will be issued tenders. The tender submission deadline is 23 October 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Contractors must certify they are not involved in litigation with any government department and have no outstanding reports against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory, and contractors must submit a copy of their PEC registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience may apply. Interested parties can contact CMES (PAF) Chaklala or authorized representatives between 0715 to 1335 hours on working days for further details. Contractors may be present at the tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
