Eligible bidders must have PEC registration in category C-5 or higher for generator works and C-6 or higher with EIK registration for service engagement. Firms must be on the FBR ATL and submit earnest money as bid security: Rs. 600,000 for generator works and Rs. 111,000 for service contract. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal.
