Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminals Ltd invites sealed bids from GST / Income Tax and Pakistan Engineering Council registered contractors for the construction of the FAP Mosque on a turnkey basis inside the Grain & Fertilizer Terminal at Port Bin Qasim, Karachi. This procurement is managed by the Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminals Ltd department located in Karachi, Sindh.
Items being procured:
- Ground Floor Main Prayer Hall Size 50 ft x 30 ft with a capacity of approximately 180 persons
- Ground Floor Front Open Semi-Covered Hall Size 43 ft x 18 ft with a capacity of approximately 75 persons
The technical scope includes the construction of a mosque with specified dimensions and capacity inside the terminal premises. Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council, valid GST and Income Tax registration, and relevant experience. Bids must be submitted and dispatched in the name of Head of Admin & Security of FAP Marine Terminals Ltd, Port Bin Qasim, Karachi, latest by 13 August 2026 at 4:00 pm. Late bids will not be accepted.
