Tender Description
Fauji Akbar Portia Marine Terminals Ltd invites bids from GST/Income Tax and Pakistan Engineering Council registered contractors for the construction of a mosque on a turnkey basis inside the FAP Grain & Fertilizer Terminal at Port Bin Qasim, Karachi. This procurement is specifically for the construction works of the mosque within the terminal premises.
Items being procured:
- Ground Floor Main Prayer Hall: Size 50 ft × 30 ft, capacity approximately 180 persons
- Ground Floor Front Open Semi-Covered Hall: Size 43 ft × 18 ft, capacity approximately 75 persons
The scope includes full turnkey construction of the mosque, covering structural, architectural, and finishing works to accommodate the specified prayer halls. The site is located within the operational area of the FAP Marine Terminals at Port Bin Qasim, Karachi, requiring compliance with terminal security and operational protocols.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and hold valid GST and Income Tax registrations. Experience in similar turnkey construction projects is essential. Bidders should ensure submission of Earnest Money and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
Bidding documents, including detailed scope, drawings, interior/exterior design, and terms and conditions, can be obtained from the Administration Department of FAP Marine Terminals Port Qasim Karachi from 3 August 2026 to 7 August 2026, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. A non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft/Cash is required.
Bids must be submitted or dispatched in the name of Head of Admin & Security of FAP Marine Terminals Ltd, Port Bin Qasim, Karachi, latest by 13 August 2026 at 4:00 pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
